Coach Brian Flores

Coach "Flo" is coming into his second season with the Phins.

Fans are extremely high on coach Flores, as they should be. The idea of winning 5  games in 2019 would've sounded like a fiction novel after looking at the roster coming into the season. But Brian Flores flourishes under pressure, and made the most of what he has. 

​

Players like Nick Needham and Patrick Laird would not have been anywhere near as productive as they were if they were playing under a different coach. Spending all that time under Coach Belichick has clearly made an impact on Flores, as Belichick is the king of finding talent in places where nobody else will look. 

 

With a new and improved roster, 2020 is the year for Brian Flores to get the credit he deserves.
